Yes, and a good few of our regulars started out nervous. Owners tell us their dogs now walk in happily, so take your time with us and we will take our time with them.
Tell us exactly what you want and we will do that, down to leaving a tail fluffy if that is the look. If you are fussy about the detail, say so, it helps us.
Thick coats are routine here and we can wash, strip and trim as needed. Dogs go home dry, not damp.
A body clip is often the kindest answer for a coat that has gone past brushing. Bring your dog in and we will look at the coat with you before anything starts.
We are at 11 High Oak, Pensnett, Brierley Hill DY5 4LA, open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
